Tuscaloosa By-Pass

Community Engagement

At the Tuscaloosa By-Pass, we take our role seriously—not just as a transportation route—but as a partner in community development across West Alabama. Our community engagement is built around three foundational elements:

Employee Volunteer Programs
Our workforce is part of the region’s fabric. We provide paid Community Service Days so that our employees can engage in local causes, mentor youth, or support nonprofits driving change in Tuscaloosa County and beyond. We want every employee to have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully.

Corporate Community Support Initiatives
We back programs that align with our mission of facilitating mobility, economic opportunity, and environmental responsibility. Our charitable efforts and volunteer initiatives are a key part of our commitment to this region.

Local Partnerships & Sponsorships
Through strategic partnerships with local non‑profits, school systems, and community groups, we aim to amplify our impact and support growth in communities served by the bypass.

TOGETHER, WE CAN PAVE THE WAY FOR  STRONGER COMMUNITIES!
